The ultimate in affordable Gold Coast wedding arrangement packages ideal for busy working couples or Interstate/International couples looking to arrange a Fabulous Gold Coast Wedding.

A very popular option that caters for every detail from choosing a Gold Coast wedding venue, theming, arranging all products and services required and assisting on the wedding day to ensure it is truly Fabulous for you and your guests.

Initial Consultation to discuss your budget, number of expected guests and your personal style and vision for your wedding.
Presentations of photos and prices of a selection of venue options for the Ceremony and Reception that suit your requirements and site inspections arranged if required.
Negotiate best price, book and confirm agreed Venue/s.
Discussion regarding what goods and services you require or may wish to consider to fulfill the vision and style of your wedding within your budget.
Presentation of quotes for suggested products and services available to fulfill the vision and style of your wedding within your budget.
The types of products and services we can assist with include but are not limited to: Invitations, Wedding Gowns and Accessories, Bridal Party Attire and Accessories, Mother of the Bride Attire and Accessories, Hairstylists, Make Up Artists, Transport, Celebrant, Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer, Wedding cake, Caterers, Bonbonieres, Table Decorations and Centrepieces, Theming, Flowers, Place Cards, Menus, Seating Plans, Vow and Speech writing advise, Thank You Cards, Rehearsal Arrangements, Bridal Suite and Guest Accommodation, Ice sculptures, Butterfly and Dove release, Child Minding, Honeymoon Arrangements and all other requirements.
Negotiate best prices, book, confirm and re-confirm all agreed products and supplies.
Regular meetings and updates, unlimited phone & email contact.
Confirm running sheet, supplier/delivery arrangements and all details with couple prior to event.
Ensure all suppliers/deliveries arrive on time and arrangements are met as required on the day of the wedding.
Check Bridal party preparations – ensure all suppliers such as make up artists, hairdressers and all other items arranged have arrived. Assist in ensuring timetable is being met and attend to any needs of the bridal party as they prepare for the big event.
Assistance with the distibution and pinning of corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower girl flowers.
Check Ceremony Location prior to Ceremony time to assist and ensure all decorations and arrangements are in place. Meet and Greet guests on arrival and attend to any needs they may have.
Ensure key family members are attended to and are seated in the best seats for the ceremony.
Assist with the Bridal Party entrance. Calming of nerves, adjusting your dress and making sure that all the flowers, ties and smiles are just right.
Removal of Church or Ceremony decorations and transport any that are required to reception.
Check Reception Venue prior to Reception time to assist and ensure all decorations, place settings and arrangements are in place. Ensure entertainers, caterers, cakes and all other items arranged have arrived and are set up as required.
Assist in ensuring timetable is being met and guiding guests between locations. Assist guests with placing gifts in arranged area.
Assist with seating of guests, grand entrance of bridal party to reception venue and hand over to venue co-ordinator for duration of reception.
 
Discuss and liaise with the MC, DJ and caterers about the timeline, making sure the day flows smoothly and any changes are communicated to all parties.
Encourage guests to sign guest books and keep an eye on gifts and wishing wells.
Keep track of meal service and beverage limits and keep you advised throughout the day.
Check that everyone who is scheduled to make a speech is cued and prepared.
Make sure Nanna gets a great view of your first dance and other key moments.
Keep candles alight and decorations just right throughout the reception.
Help any tired flowergirls or children find a quiet spot to rest.
Answer any guests questions or concerns right throughout the day. Assist with any popped buttons, snaped straps or laddered stockings.
Assist in ensuring your required belongings are already placed in the bridal car before you make your getaway.
Organise your farewell to your guests.
Make sure any flower arrangements are given to key family members as they leave the reception so they have a special memento of your day.
Make sure all guests have transport home.
Assist with the collection of gifts, table decorations, wedding cake and toasting glasses after the reception and give them to a designated person or take them to a designated location.
 
 
This package is inclusive of only one wedding co-ordinator to be in attendance on the wedding day. Further charges will apply if a second co-ordinator is required. Price on application.
 
This package is inclusive of assistance on the wedding day to a maximum of 10 hours. If extra hours are required further charges will apply. Price on application.
 
Further charges will apply if attendance is required after midnight. Price on application.
 
This package does not include the providing of any products. It is a service only package and any decorating items or products required will be quoted and charged for separately. 
 
This package does not include attendance at a ceremony rehearsal. Rehearsal assistance can be arranged at an extra cost of $55.00 for up to 1.5 hours. (Subject to availability)
 
This package does not include assistance with the tracking of RSVP’s. This service can be arranged at an extra cost of $55.00 for up to 50 Invitations / $85.00 for up to 100 Invitations.
 
All meetings and consultations can be arranged outside of normal business hours at times that suit you and your partner.

All venues, products and services solely on their professionalism, quality, suitability and availability to meet your individual requirements.

We always carry our “Fabulous Event Emergency Kit” which contains a multitude of items that are often needed by the bridal party or guests. Such items available are sewing kits, stockings, clear band-aids, tissues, breath mints and a whole host of other things that are always needed at the last minute.
 
Travelling fees do apply for areas outside of the Gold Coast:
 
Salt, Cabarita, Kingscliff, Casuarina, Banora Point Region             $65.00
Mount Tamborine, Beechmont, Springbrook Region                      $65.00
Brisbane                                                                                   $75.00
Byron Bay                                                                                $75.00
 
The travel fees apply to the wedding day only and include the return trip. They will not be charged for previous trips unless otherwise discussed.
