A Fabulous Event - Wedding Day Package 1 (6-8 Hours)
$355.00 Not including GST

You've already done all the hard work and organised your Gold Coast wedding to perfection. Now allow us to take care of everything on the day leaving you to enjoy every moment of the most romantic and joyous occasion of your life. You don't need to be worrying if things turn up as planned or if everything and everyone are where they should be. Revel in your happiness as you become a newly married couple and allow us to ensure everything runs smoothly, nothing is overlooked and take care of any unforeseen events.

Confirm running sheet and supplier/delivery arrangements with couple prior to event.
Ensure all suppliers/deliveries arrive on time and arrangements are met as required on the day of the wedding.
Check Bridal party preparations – ensure all suppliers such as make up artists, hairdressers and all other items arranged have arrived. Assist in ensuring timetable is being met and attend to any needs of the bridal party as they prepare for the big event.
Assistance with the distibution and pinning of corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower girl flowers.
Check Ceremony Location prior to Ceremony time to assist and ensure all decorations and arrangements are in place. Meet and Greet guests on arrival and attend to any needs they may have.
Ensure key family members are attended to and are seated in the best seats for the ceremony.
Assist with the Bridal Party entrance. Calming of nerves, adjusting your dress and making sire that all the flowers, ties and smiles are just right.
Removal of Church or Ceremony decorations and transport any that are required to reception.
Check Reception Venue prior to Reception time to assist and ensure all decorations, place settings and arrangements are in place. Ensure entertainers, caterers, cakes and all other items arranged have arrived and are set up as required.
Assist in ensuring timetable is being met and guiding guests between locations. Assist guests with placing gifts in arranged area.
Assist with seating of guests, grand entrance of bridal party to reception venue and hand over to venue co-ordinator for duration of reception.
 
 
A Fabulous Event - Wedding Day Package 2 (8-12 Hours)
$455.00 Not including GST
 
All items listed in Wedding Day Package 1 - with the exception of the hand over to venue co-ordinator for duration of reception - PLUS.............
Discuss and liaise with the MC, DJ and caterers about the timeline, making sure the day flows smoothly and any changes are communicated to all parties.
Encourage guests to sign guest books and keep an eye on gifts and wishing wells.
Keep track of meal service and beverage limits and keep you advised throughout the day.
Check that everyone who is scheduled to make a speech is cued and prepared.
Make sure Nanna gets a great view of your first dance and other key moments.
Keep candles alight and decorations just right throughout the reception.
Help any tired flowergirls or children find a quiet spot to rest.
Answer any guests questions or concerns right throughout the day. Assist with any popped buttons, snaped straps or laddered stockings.
Assist in ensuring your required belongings are already placed in the bridal car before you make your getaway.
Organise your farewell to your guests.
Make sure any flower arrangements are given to key family members as they leave the reception so they have a special memento of your day.
Make sure all guests have transport home.
Assist with the collection of gifts, table decorations, wedding cake and toasting glasses after the reception and give them to a designated person or take them to a designated location.
 
Price is inclusive of hours up until midnight. Extra hours will be charged if attendance is required after midnight.

*** All meetings and consultations can be arranged outside of normal business hours at times that suit you and your partner.

** We always carry our “Fabulous Event Emergency Kit” which contains a multitude of items that are often needed by the bridal party or guests. Such items available are sewing kits, stockings, clear band-aids, tissues, breath mints and a whole host of other things that are always needed at the last minute.
